Status: Full-Time

Job Grade: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities and Duties:
\n\n\n

This position works under the direction of the Loan Administration Manager. This position is responsible for handling all aspects of loan processing for all loan types including Commercial, Consumer and Construction.

\n\n\n• Image all loan documentation and materials using loan imaging software. \n\n\n

• Process loan documentation using Harland Laser Pro Lending software.

\n\n\n

• Upload, renew and modify loan information to Silverlake software.

\n\n\n

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of loan documents, interest rate adjustments, and loan file documentation.

\n\n\n

• Prepare and review documents, renewals, modifications, extensions and pre-disclosures as applicable for Commercial, Consumer and Construction Loans

\n\n\n

• Process UCC filings, continuations, and releases.

\n\n\n

• Process deed of trust recordings and releases.

\n\n\n

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all filing of loan documentation, materials, and files.

\n\n\n

• Daily balancing of specific general ledger accounts.

\n\n\n

• Print and mail all loan billing notices, interest and payment changes, Reg Z statements and Heloc statements on a daily basis.

\n\n\n

• Process loan payments, payoffs, advances and pay down requests.

\n\n\n

• Tracking and collecting borrower and loan file past due and coming due exceptions to include financials, insurance, missing loan documents, etc.

\n\n\n

• Maintain construction draw files and inspection files.

\n\n\n

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

\n\n\n

• Demonstrate an ownership attitude by completing tasks not specifically outlined yet still necessary for successful bank operations.

Education:
\n\n\n

• High school diploma or GED required. College degree in accounting, business or finance preferred.

Experience:
\n\n\n

• Some banking experience preferred, especially in bank consumer/commercial loan processing/servicing.

\n\n\n

• Some knowledge and understanding of regulatory and compliance issues affecting the lending process

• Flexibility to move between projects and locations as needed

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
\n\n\n

• Work will take place in an office environment.

\n\n\n

• Some overtime may be required

\n\n\n

• Some travel may be required

\n\n\n

• Regular hours will be 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday
