Job Grade: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities and Duties:
\n\n

Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, answer phones, greet customers, and distribute, post, and deliver mail.   Demonstrate general knowledge of products and services. Support management in all sales and service programs. Follow through and effectively apply company rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Deliver superior service to both internal and external customers. The person who fills this position must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment while excelling at multi-tasking.

\n\n

• Order and maintain inventory for all office supplies to include equipment supplies and services

\n\n

• Maintain order of the reception area and conference room

\n\n

• Resolve problems in a positive manner

\n\n

• Cross-sell products or services to potential and existing customers by phone and written correspondence

\n\n

• Attend all company meetings and training sessions as assigned

\n\n

• Support Underwriters and Mortgage Bankers, Production Assistants and Processors on a daily basis; maintain accuracy and integrity of pipeline

\n\n

• Obtain/verify financial information as required by FHA/VA/CONV loan products to include additional information required by Peoples National Bank and secondary investors

\n\n

• Perform administrative tasks including general office duties and computer skills

\n\n

• Administer basic mortgage file set-up and continue follow up when needed

\n\n

• Organize marketing campaigns both pre and post closing and monthly management of current data base

\n\n

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education:

Experience:
\n\n

• Minimum of 2 years administrative assistant, secretarial, or equivalent

\n\n

• 1 year of Residential Loan Processing experience

Skills:
\n\n

• Excellent Customer service skills.

\n\n

• Great interpersonal and Teamwork skills.

\n\n

• Superior organizational skills. 

\n\n

• Excellent ability to communicate both orally and written in an effective manner. 

\n\n

• Computer skills to include Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn new applications.

\n\n

• Attention to detail. 

\n\n

• Ability to positively work with both internal and external Customers.

\n\n

• Ability to work as a team player and be flexible with current urgencies.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
\n\n

• Position will entail extended periods of sitting and or standing.

\n\n

• Flexibility in hours needed – may require overtime and work on weekends.
