| 1. What is my User Name and Password? |
| Your User Name will be the same as you have used in
the past on our Bankingunusual Web site. The first time you login to
the new online banking system, your password will be the last four
digits of your SS#. It will then prompt you to change your password
to whatever you would like it to be. **The password requirements are
the same as our current Web site…6-20 characters, (alpha characters
and numeric characters). |

| 2. What are the Service Terms/Conditions and do I need to accept
these? |
| The Service Terms and Conditions cover our terms for the Web
site, including locations of our branches…. to access the Web
site you have to ACCEPT the terms and conditions. |

| 3. Where can I view all of my accounts? |
| You can view all of your
accounts under the “Accounts” tab; under the sub-heading
of “Balances”…. this will list out all of your accounts. |

| 4. How do I view my history (transactions)? |
| You can access history
two different ways: 1. Under the “Accounts” tab—sub-heading “Balances” you
can click on the account name-nickname (which will be in blue and Underlined)
and this will bring you to your history or 2. Under the “Accounts”,
tab sub-heading “Activity” this will bring you to your
history as well. |

| 5. How do I look at my other accounts (history) while in the “Activity” screen? |
| In the middle of the page, to the right, there is a gray box…inside
this box from the drop-down arrows you can select any of your other
accounts, fill in the date range that you would like to view and then
click on “Change View”…. this will change the view
to the account you designated. |

| 6. How much history is displayed online? |
| There is 90 days of history
available online. |

| 7. How do I view information on my transactions? |
| There is a short
description listed next to your transaction on the history page….
to view additional information you will need to click on that transaction (which will be in blue and underlined) and this will give you more
information on that transaction. |

| 8. How do I transfer funds? |
| To transfer funds you will need to click
on the “Transfers” tab and then click on “Create
a New Transfer.” Fill out the information listed through the
drop-down arrows and then click on “Preview Transfer” (which
will give you a snapshot of your transfer to look at and make any changes
if need be), and then, you will click on “Submit Transfer.” This
will submit your transfer and you will receive a confirmation number
to indicate any successful transfer. |

| 9. How do I signup/access Bill-pay? |
| If you are already signed up
for bill pay on our current system all of your information is already
transferred over to the new Web-site (payees, future payments, etc.),
all you will need to do is click the “Payments” tab….
and then “Enter Payments”…. this will then bring
you to where you can begin setting up your payees and paying your bills.
If you are not currently enrolled for this feature when you click on
the “Payments” tab, it will let you know that you are not
enrolled and that you need to enroll for this service. To enroll you
just need to click on the “Enroll for Payments” button,
fill out the information requested and submit your request for bill
payment. The bill pay feature is very easy to navigate and any problems
or questions you might have, click the “Help” tab for assistance,
or you can contact the bank. |

| 10. How can I download my transactions (and to what
programs)? |
| You can download your transaction history to the following
programs: Comma Separated (excel spreadsheet), MS Money (All Window
Versions), QIF File, Quickbooks 2003+, and Quicken 2003+. To download,
you will need to click on the “Accounts” tab, sub-heading “Balances.” On
the right side of the page, there is a box that says: Download To.
Select the program that you would like to download into from the drop-down
box and click on “Download.” Fill in the information that
is requested and then select Download again. **If you select either
Quickbooks or Quicken instead of clicking on “Download” it
will show a button with the Quickbooks symbol, or the Quicken symbol.
When you click on this symbol and choose “open this file” this
will open up your Quickbooks or Quicken program and automatically download
your transactions or…. if you select “Save” this
will save the file on your computer where you designate and not automatically
download this information. |

| 11. How do I contact the bank if I have questions? |
| To contact the
bank you will need to click on the tab that is labeled “Messages”,
and then click on “Send Secure Message” under the message
options. From the “To” box select the branch that you bank
with (this will route that message directly to the two designated bankers
at that location), input a subject, and your message (which is unlimited
characters)…Preview your message and then submit your message.
All fields on this feature are required… which means something
has to be in each field. |

| 12. How do I change my Password? |
| You will need to click on the tab
that is labeled “Prefs” and under Preference Options select “Change
Password”…fill out the information requested and submit
your request. |

| 13. How do I nickname my account(s)? |
| To nickname your account(s)
go to the tab that is labeled “Prefs”, under Preference
Options select “Change Account Preferences”…. in
the nickname box (which will have the name of the account such as Unbelievable
Checking, etc.) input your nickname and submit your change. |

| 14. How do I change my Address and E-Mail address? |
| You can view this
information online, by going to the “Prefs” tab and selecting “View
Contact Information”…but you are not able to edit this
information online. If your address or e-mail address has changed,
you will need to contact the bank to get this information updated. |

| 15. How do I request a Check or Statement Copy? |
| You can request a
Check or Statement Copy by clicking on the “Services” tab
and select either “Request Check Copy” or “Request
Statement Copy”. Fill out the requested information, preview
your request and then submit your request. |

| 16. If all else fails? |
| You can check the “Help” tab….
this gives very specific and accurate information on how to navigate
the Web site and any questions you might have. The Bill-pay program
has its own separate “Help” section dedicated just to Bill-pay. |
